With Bubble you can integrate your favorite CRM software with almost any telephony system. With an incoming and/or outgoing call, you will immediately see an on screen notifications on your PC with relevant customer information and you can immediately open the customer card or perform another action. Bubble also retains recent call data to easily look up which Bubble user called a specific contact number most recently. After the call, it is possible to automatically save a call registration under the customer card, including the call note you made during the call.

Pop-up notification

With an incoming, outgoing and forwarded call, an immediate notification with customer information.

Screen & position

Working with multiple screens? Decide at which screen and in what position you want to see the pop-up.

Auto-hide

Indicate whether you want the pop-up to remain or to disappear automatically after x time or action.

Content pop-up

Determine the content of the pop-up per user, department or organization with info from your CRM application.

Single sign-on

No need to remember multiple passwords, login with your Microsoft, Google or Apple account.

Visibility

Visible by pop-up notification color change (from gray to green) that a call has been answered.

Multi-languages
